Dear WIFT Toronto Members and Friends;

As 2022 comes to a close, it is the time of year to launch our Annual Matching Campaign. From now until December 31, we are thrilled to announce that Super Channel will match donations up to $10,000, allowing us to continue supporting women and gender diverse individuals in screen-based media by providing financial assistance, complimentary memberships and bursaries to those needing support.

“I want to thank Super Channel for stepping in at such a crucial time, allowing the Foundation for WIFT Toronto to continue raising funds that allow WIFT Toronto to offer memberships, scholarships, festival passes and bursaries for every program we offer,” said WIFT Toronto Executive Director, Karen Bruce. 

“We are committed to supporting the advancement of women and gender diverse individuals in our industry and are honoured to lend our support to this important initiative,” said Don, McDonald, President and CEO, Super Channel. “We hope that others will join us by giving generously to this essential campaign that directly benefits so many deserving individuals.”

As an added incentive to donate, we have some great raffle prizes. 
 
Donations made throughout the duration of the campaign (now through to December 31st)

• $20 or more. Anyone that donates $20 or more throughout the campaign will be entered into a draw to win 2 Bronze Level Memberships for Hot Docs
• $100 or more. Anyone that donates $100 or more throughout the campaign will be entered into the above draw as well as a draw to win a prize pack from Fairmont Royal York including one night for two in a luxury Gold Room and dinner in their REIGN restaurant (value $1,300).
