Participants will closely examine the production accounting process and cycle, forms and other tools that are commonly implemented. They will explore corporate structures, communication methods with key stakeholders, cashflows, techniques to control costs through cost reports, budget templates, audit prep, GST/HST and the overall workflow of the accounting department. This workshop will include lectures and hands-on exercises (as a group and individually) to put the content into practice.
