As VP of Independent Production at VisionTV, she commissioned over 140 hours of programming annually and launched the DiverseTV initiative. Her first industry role was as Executive Director of WIFT+ Toronto, where she introduced mentorship and training programs that shifted the focus from short-term job-seeking to long-term career development.
