ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The Corus Media Management Accelerator (CMMA) is an intensive 56-hour program designed to provide screen-based professionals who aspire to be strong and effective managers with the skills they need to set themselves apart in today’s highly competitive and global industry.

The program, jointly developed by WIFT-T and Ryerson University’s G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, delivers essential management training focusing on six core competency areas. Formulated to accelerate participants’ careers by helping them become effective managers, decision makers and communicators—foundations for becoming a future leader.

Following completion of the program sessions, participants will choose from a select number of topics and be teamed with a Ryerson coach to dive deeper into a specific subject with a strategic outcome. These one-on-one sessions will focus on a specific career-building skill, and will be goal-oriented and task-specific.

Successful participants will receive a Recognition of Completion award from the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Ryerson University. Receipt of the award is determined by attendance and the completion of assignments.

This program is open to WIFT-T members and non-members.
