Working in creative industries for his whole career Lance move into recruiting for advertising agencies, marketing firms and digital agencies for several years before finding an ideal role at fledgling video-game developer Pseudo Interactive. The studio grew rapidly as they signed Xbox360 and PlayStation 3 titles in quick procession before losing funding on their largest project, effectively collapsing the company after a quick rise. A former client contact was working at Starz Animation and called Lance to quickly transition from games to animation joining the HR department. Starz is a busy 200+ studio working on feature length animated films. Lance helps staff teams with animators, programmers, technical directors, artists and management positions when required and also assists with a number of HR initiatives.
