The first module in the WIFT-T Business Management for Media Professionals Program (BMMP), Industry Fundamentals is designed to introduce emerging media professionals to the business fundamentals of the screen-based industry.
Through core business concepts, participants learn about the environment and the nature of the Canadian media industry. Participants emerge with a stronger understanding of the who, what, why and how of the Canadian industry in a global context.

About the BMMP
The WIFT-T Business Management for Media Professionals Program is a certificate program, consisting of five individual modules, essential for producers and broadcast professionals who want to understand the business of production. It is recommended for working professionals with up to three years’ industry experience or related academic training, and for those transitioning to a new area of the business. Participants who complete all five modules receive a certificate from Humber School of Media Studies & Information Technology.
Fees and Registration
Participants may choose to complete the certificate program or register for individual modules. To register, please complete a Programming Registration Form. Maximum capacity for each module is 25.

WIFT-T Members | $300 (+ HST) per module
Non-Members | $400 (+ HST) per module
