The 2010 WIFT-T Reception @ TIFF was a spectacular affair! Check out the Photo Gallery.

Inspired by the style and imagery of Federico Fellini, the soiree featured aerialists, buskers and statue performers; five vendors serving up a diverse array of cuisine; and a stunning light and visual display, featuring one minute silent films from the 2009 Toronto Urban Film Festival. The WIFT-T Reception @ TIFF is our annual celebration of the spirit and creativity of the film community. It is a chance for our members, directors, partners, visiting filmmakers and their guests to connect and be inspired. Join us as we raise a glass to international film, female filmmakers, and the vibrancy of the industry right here in Toronto.

The event also features the presentation of the Deluxe Producer Internship. The 2010 winner was Erika Allison Yearwood. Erika joined Deluxe as an intern for three weeks, learning about production equipment planning and requirements and post-production video, film and sound.

The 2010 reception took place Wednesday, September 15, from 6 – 9 PM at Pinewood Toronto Studios, Stage 9.
