Production Management
Part of the WIFT-T Business Management for Media Professionals Program.
Production Management enables participants to manage the creation and launch of screen-based media projects. The module examines critical methods for content creation and offers strategies that maximize resources and time frames.
Management methods, timelines and project life cycles are examined with a focus on supporting business growth. The module also explores the business of managing budgets, cash flow and project team resources.

The WIFT-T Business Management for Media Professionals Program (BMMP) is a compilation of five modules, each consisting of three Saturday classes, that is essential for those who want to understand the business of production. It is recommended for working professionals with up to three years experience in the industry, related university or college training, and for those transitioning to a new area of the business. Participants who complete all modules receive a certificate from Humber School of Media Studies & Information Technology.
