Project Management enables participants to manage the creation and launch of film, television, and other media projects. The course examines critical methods for content creation and offers strategies that maximize resources and time frames. Management methods, time lines, and project life cycles are examined with a focus on supporting business growth. The course also explores the business of managing budgets, cash flow, and project team resources.
