Part 1: Discover Your Story
Feature Film Writing Program | Part 2: Define Your Voice
In this four-session introductory series, emerging writers learn the unique nature of telling stories for the screen. Each session examines the various stages of screenwriting and the fundamentals of the craft using examples and hands-on exercises.
Participants are encouraged to develop an original concept for a feature film and take that concept to the outline or treatment stage. A one-month intermission between Part 1 and Part 2 of the Feature Film Writing Program allows writers to complete an outline or treatment to workshop in the next section.
